If you find outdated regulation, tax information, broken links, wrong exchange availability or a factual error, write to [email protected] with the page URL, the sentence that is wrong and, if you have it, the source document. Factual errors that affect a financial, tax or safety decision are corrected as a priority, and the page's update date changes when the correction is published.

It helps to tell us which country you are asking about — nearly every tax, availability and regulation answer depends on it.

What we cannot help with: we have no access to any exchange or wallet account, cannot unlock an account and cannot recover a seed phrase. Nobody writing on behalf of this site will ever ask you for a seed phrase, private key or password — if someone does, it is not us.
